Cat Project

Age Groups: All
Objective Learn about cats and their characteristics
Exercise responsible pet care and ownership
Study cat care, nutrition, health, breeding, and anatomy
Plan and prepare for exhibits and shows
Use organizational skills, including judging and record keeping
Develop and use life skills, including decision making, public speaking, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect for others, and community service
Realize the value and dignity of work and careers
Learn to use science processing skills
